Notarization & Signature Witnessing
A licensed Ontario Notary Public witnesses your signature, verifies your identification and applies the notarial seal. Common uses include bank and insurance paperwork, affidavits, statutory declarations and documents that require an independent witness.

What to bring

How the appointment works
We verify your ID, confirm you understand what you are signing, then you sign in front of the notary, who signs and seals the document. Standard documents are typically completed during your visit.
