The notary examines your original document, copies it, and certifies on the copy that it corresponds to the original, with signature and seal. Commonly required for bank accounts, school applications, immigration filings and professional registrations.

Standard certified copies are usually completed during your visit.
What to know
A certified true copy requires the original in person; a notary cannot certify from a scan or photo. If the receiving organization requires specific wording or specific pages, let us know in advance.
Multiple copies
Additional copies of the same document are normally charged per copy. Telling us the quantity beforehand speeds up your visit.
